How to use the e-ASSIST™ MINI Ratchet Wrench (overview)

What is the e-ASSIST™ MINI Ratchet Wrench ?
It is used for tightening and loosening screws, bolts, nuts, etc. This is an electric ratchet wrench that can be charged by connecting a USB charging cable.
Features
・The electric motor assists in efficient quick tightening, and the final tightening can be done manually.
・The tool is equipped with a USB rechargeable Li-ion battery.
・Small and light.
・The included socket adapter allows the use of 1/4” square drive sockets.
・Various commercially available 6.35 mm hex screwdriver bits can be used.
Electric Output Torque: 1N･m/maximum
Manual Torque: 60N･m/maximum
Manual tightening or loosening more than necessary can lead to malfunction.
Operation
-
１）How to grip during clockwise rotation (right rotation): Press the switch with the thumb.
２）How to grip during counterclockwise rotation (left rotation): Press the switch with the index finger.
３）During manual operation, grip the handle so that the fingers do not touch the switch.
※When the screw sits, remove your hand from the switch, grip it again and slowly begin hand tightening.
《The following is prohibited when using》
Do not use the e-ASSIST™ MINI Ratchet Wrench as a crowbar, chisel, punch or hammer. Damage to the ratchet wrench may cause injury. 
Applicable bits
- Only use the specified bits.
Bits that can be used are limited to products with the mounting dimensions shown in the figure.
※Double-ended bits cannot be used. They may fall off during use. 
Inserting bit/socket
- Inserting
※The bit chuck rotates in the direction of the arrow when the ratchet head is viewed from the front. (It only rotates in one direction.)
Pay attention to the direction of rotation when inserting bits.
1) Use in clockwise rotation: Insert the bit/socket adapter from the back, with the side with the CW rotation arrow (the side with VESSEL stamped on the shaft) facing you.
2) Use in counterclockwise rotation: Insert the bit/socket adapter from the back, with the side with the CCW rotation arrow (the side without VESSEL stamped on the shaft) facing you.
3) Use of sockets: Insert the socket adapter from the back, with the side with the arrow in the direction you want to rotate facing you, and attach the socket at the end of it.
- Important point when removing sockets
※To remove the entire socket adapter after using the socket, push it out from the back of the head with your finger. To remove only the socket, pinch it off with your fingers. 
Caution when loosening screws in tight spaces
- When loosening screws in tight spaces, depending on the length of the screw, it may not be possible to secure the clearance (approx. 30 mm or more) at the head part of the main unit, and this product may not be able to be removed.
When loosening screws in tight spaces, pay close attention to the clearance.
※Due to the structure of the e-ASSIST™ MINI Ratchet Wrench, it is not possible to change the rotation with the switch. If the product becomes stuck, it must be removed by cutting the screws.

Safety Instruction
CHARGING
⚠︎Warning: Use a charger with the specified charging capacity (Output: 5V1A). This product has a function to limit the output current from the power supply to protect the battery. Using a quick charger will not shorten the time required for charging.
BIT REPLACEMENT
⚠︎Warning: When working at a high place, be careful not to drop the bits/socket adapters or this product. It may cause an accident.
⚠︎Caution: Use of bits/socket adapters other than those specified may result in stuck or inability to repair.
⚠︎Caution: Do not touch the switch when inserting or removing the bit/socket adapter. The e-ASSIST™ MINI Ratchet Wrench may operate and cause injury.
⚠︎Caution: The bit/socket adapter must be securely inserted. If it comes off during operation, it may cause injury.
OPERATION
⚠︎Caution: Do not continue to press the switch after the rotation has automatically stopped. Internal parts may be damaged.
⚠︎Caution: Continuous overloading, both electric and manual, may cause malfunction.
⚠︎Caution: Do not look directly into the LED light. Your eyes may be damaged.
⚠︎Caution: Do not apply hard object to the switch part. It may cause damage.
⚠︎Caution: When pressing the switch, do not use your fingernail, but use your finger.
MAINTENANCE
⚠︎Caution: Pay attention to the switch before performing maintenance, replacing bit, or when transporting or storing the product. Unintentional activation of the switch may cause injury.
CLEANING
⚠︎Caution: A reinforced plastic cover is used. Do not use parts cleaners, detergents or the following chemicals to wipe the surface. Risk of cracks, electric shock, or failure.

STORAGE
⚠︎Caution: Avoid the following conditions when storing.
・High temperature areas such as in a car, etc.,
・Areas exposed to direct sunlight,
・Areas with a lot of water, humidity, etc.,
・Areas with a lot of trash and dust,
・Areas reachable by children,
・Areas where flammable substances such as gasoline are present,
・Low temperature areas,
Note: For long-term storage, place the product in a cool place (approx. 20℃) and recharge it for about 20 minutes once a year.
